[ REQ 5785]: no REGISTER file

The README says read the REGISTER file but I didn't get one with the
sun4 executable download.

Anyway, I will try to use geomview as a debugging tool. I am doing
a 3D octree thing that divides space up into successively finer 8-way
divisions adaptively based on object density. I need to generate lists
of boxes on the octree such as the list of adjacent boxes for a given 
box, or the childless adjacent boxes of the same size (tree depth). For
debugging purposes I thought a visual inspection would be great. I'm 
hoping geomview will give me that capability.

The application is extraction of parasitic capacitance in chip designs.
