Sorry, there's no way to do that -- re-sending the entire OFF object is the
best you can do.  The granularity of a handle is one complete OOGL object.

If you had a complicated object, part of which was frequently changing and
part wasn't, it could make sense to split the object into say a LIST of
several handles, then set those handles to OFF objects representing
the portions of the object.  Then, you'd only re-send the handles for
those portions which changed.  This may not help in your situation.

Another option would be to use OFF BINARY format, which will be quicker to
write and to read than ASCII format.
