Hi! Wanted to update you on the status of this... daemon at geom.umn.edu writes: > From: Stuart Levy <slevy> > Date: Sat, 23 Mar 1996 12:12:10 -0600 > Subject: Re: [REQ 5799]: OpenGL port of Geomview > > Yes, Daeron Meyer has made such a port. [ ... ] I downloaded your OpenGL port and compiled it, but ran into some as-yet-unidentifed issues with your code and our HPUX 10.20 operating system. Your OGL port having only been run on Irix, and anything having to do with HPUX was probably release 9.0.7, this wasn't a big surprise to me. However, due to a recent shift in priorities, I find I do not have the time to resolve the current problems I've encountered. At least, not in a timeframe that would allow us to consider Geomview as a potential siggraph demo. Please do keep me posted on any further work you do along the lines of OpenGL, and I'm sorry my plans of last Spring didn't pan out as I had hoped. Take it easy, -paul martz at shaft.fc.hp.com
