There were two problems with the file:
   You need to specify three numbers in the OFF header, not two.
    Change
	OFF 2672 5168
    to
	OFF 2672 5168 0

(the value of the third number is actually ignored, but it must be present.)

Further, for each triangular facet, you need to indicate the number of vertices
in that face as the first number on each line.  So you need to change:

2222 1696 1665
2048 1715 2340
935 1476 2114
  ...

to read

3 2222 1696 1665
3 2048 1715 2340
3 935 1476 2114
  ...

Try that.  When I do this, geomview displays it as a nice triangulated surface.
