Sure enough, the color wheel isn't part of the standard FORMS library --
Celeste Fowler wrote it while she was an apprentice here.  It's included 
in the variant of (an old version of) the FORMS lib we distribute:

Offering links to other people's geomview modules sounds like a good idea.
