It's becoming practical to adapt Geomview to run under Windows,
now that Open GL is available there, and we are actually thinking about it.
Re-creating the user interface and interprocess communication code
will be a lot of work, though.  

We do have a toy viewer which runs under Windows 95 & NT and displays
a single OOGL file, though it's a long way from that to having
a usable geomview-like program.
