[ REQ 6080]: problem in running geomview

I'd appreciate some help in getting Geomview running on my SG PowerIndigo2
with R8000 processor and using Irix 6.2 operating system.

I ftp'd geomview-sgi.tar.Z and carried out the installation according to 
your instructions.  The install.log file did not contain any errors
and the distribution of files in the Geomview directory looks OK.

However, when I started to try the tutorial the command
geomview tetra dodec

produces the error message
/myo2/usr/people/gwo/Geomview/bin/sgi/gvx:  Cannot access a needed shared 
library.

I am not clear what this "needed shared library" is.
