Yes.  As part of the geomview package, available by FTP from geom.umn.edu
under pub/software/geomview, there are programs to convert from Mathematica
graphics to geomview graphics (invoked via the "OOGL.m" file), and
also there's a program to convert geomview graphics to RIB form (oogl2rib).
You might be able to invoke both at once, doing something like
  WriteOOGL["!oogl2rib >stuff.rib", graphicsobject]


Note that you don't actually need the presence of geomview itself to do the
conversion, but those tools are part of its distribution.
