[ REQ 5881]: Geomview bugs

Hi Folks
A couple of bugs (i think) have cropped up with geomview,
and related programs. The first and easiest is with the anytooff
program and also the anytopl subroutine, which is part of the
ooglutil directory. I tried to send the program some degenerate
VECT objects which just represent isolated points, rather than
doing the right thing it just returns a null object, having a look
through the source it seems that no assumption was made for degenerate
VECT, and they are always assumed to have > 1 vertex on each line.

The next ones probably tricker, and has caused quite
a few crashes (these just seem to happen on Indy machines running 5.3,
and not on Indigo's running 5.2). I've been using a C4MESH as
an intermediate data format, and I loaded a C4MESH which contained
a lot of points at the origin for example

loading this, gives Segmentation faults. Posibly related to this
is a lot of Seg Faults/Bus errors when I load objects with badly
defined normals i.e. when the normal is 0 0 0.

Hope things are all doing nicely
